People often feel missing something in their lives. Sometimes its a person they are missing or something else. It may be because of any guilt of doing something with wrong method that lead to failures, or a regret of not saying the thing that could be said or not doing the thing that could be done at the exact right time.


Apart from that, sometimes we feel missing for the reason that we don't even know. Even when we get the new relationship, more money or whatever it is we still feel there must be more.


Why Do You Feel Like Something Is Missing In You? It is common and should not upset you. Instead of resisting this feeling of missing something you should embrace it and should focus on the reason for it. 1.Check if you are connected with our authentic self 2.Check if your relationship is meaningful 3.Check if your purpose of life is deep enough

How to find out the reasons for miss feelings?


Check if you have everything you need.


Delicious food, checked?

Luxurious home, checked?

Well paid job, checked?

Perfect partner, checked?

Yes, all checked. You have them all. Right?


Still feeling missing?


• Are you satisfied with your job?

• Is the home you live in your dream house?

• Your partner is the one, you always wished for?



Yes, checked. All satisfied.


Still missing something?


So what is it that we’re really missing? What is that we want, look for?


No answer?


But what if I say we have answer?


Deep down in our heart 💓, we all know what we want and that is the need of knowing who we truly are.


It is common and should not upset us. Instead of resisting this feeling we should embrace it and should focus on the reason for it. Check what is it you miss beyond your surface level


1. Check if you are connected with our authentic self


It’s easy to lose sight of ourselves in daily life of ours being busy in work or family. We are always busy in being a good person for our loved ones. And in this scenario we really are forgetting to get in touch with our true self.


So, anytime if you feel something missing in your life, ask yourself, are you doing what makes you more alive or are you satisfied with what you doing.


2.Check if your relationship is meaningful


In general we may be satisfied with our relationships with people where we share some tasks and manage some roles but as we evolve more our soul demands for more.


The relationship that required by soul is not that superficial, it need a relationship where we can share our innermost thoughts and feelings and can give up all our fears.


So, anytime if you feel something missing in your life, ask yourself, If you have a deeper connection with people you are in relationship with, do you have a desire to share and discover your true self when you are with them.



3.Check if your purpose of life is deep enough


We have created a society that values material success, achievement, status more than anything else. After achieving all these things we always want more and more and more. But there comes a point when we ask ourselves, “is thus everything we wanted” and we goes further by asking , “ what brings deeper meaning to life”


And these are the questions generally put up by soul because the soul longs for deeper purpose.


So, anytime if you feel something missing in your life, ask yourself, is this all there is? Or The purpose you have, is significant enough that can contribute something larger into the world.

The thing you are searching for outside is you already are.


This is the very basic thing which I realised just three or four days before. Actually these feelings of missing something are nothing but a message from the universe for us to reflect deep inside ourselves.


The sense that something is missing in life is ultimately an invitation to embark on an inner journey to understand ourselves and get in the “flow” of something much larger than our ego selves.



When we go deep inside ourselves, we find the real meaning of life. We then find the real happiness in our life. We then realise the our soul purpose that lead to the highest common good. Just embrace the feel, whatever it is; negative or positive, light or dark.

Just feel it.

And go deep with it.
