They get what they want. It always about them. They never seem interested in your life. Tell them you are tired for them and they will wear you out. This is energy-consuming.

They can not stop lying

They will lie and manipulate or do just about anything to keep you around and doing what they want. This deliberately misleading is dangerous to your mental well being.

They play victim

They can’t take any responsibility for their actions. They always have someone to blame when things go wrong.


They are always the receiver

Toxicity is when you find your relationship one-sided. You give all your time, attention, energy to someone but when you need them, they disappear. They will never be there to support you.


It’s not only okay but necessary to cut toxic people off your life.

Being so freaking negative, chances are toxic people may cause a negativity in your mind too. A toxic person can cause you to doubt yourself and can make you feel uncomfortable, frustrated, miserable and even ashamed of yourself.
